Yes indeed – this was recently reported and a fix will be included in the next release. If this holds you back, please call the estimation
code directly – e.g. GCM = spm_dcm_fit(GCM).

Hi,
I noticed that when estimating a DCM in v7219 it creates all the outputs and seems to estimate the DCM, but the DCM file is not updated with the estimated values somehow. After switching back to 6906 this works.
