Good morning all. We have recently on site a 3rd party provider undertaking safety critical worker medical. employee advised he cannot remove his turban due to religious reasons therefore the technician was unable to do a hearing test. Whisper test was undertaken instead. I know that those wearing turbans are exempt from wearing hard hats but have never come across this is with hearing tests. I would be grateful to hear any thoughts and advice on the matter and if anyone has had similar in the past with any better outcome other than a whisper test. Thanks in advance
