Italian Media Industry and Audience Studies

This guaranteed session for the 2019 MLA Convention aims to discuss industrial, reception, and audience research in Italian media studies; histories and theories of production and reception of Italian film, television, and the press, from the XIX century to the present; methodologies for Italian media industry and audiences.
