Hi GEM, 

Could someone please impart some words of wisdom on this cold Monday morning?!

I need to re-word more assertively the section in our booking letter for outreach visits which ensures we are not left alone with participants during our outreach sessions. We are finding our volunteers are being left alone at some venues which obviously presents a safeguarding issue for our volunteers and the participants in our sessions (many of which take place in residential homes for older people).

Does anyone have an example they'd like to share please?
