Hi Mark, Thank you very much for your answer. From your experience, would it be be more reliable to segment the hippocampus using FIRST, and then to calculate ICV by adding the GM,WM,CSF volumes form the output of the FAST segmentation? or maybe first register the native image to the standard space and then use FIRST to segment the hippocampus (already normalized for brain size)?
