I compute the readout time for fourth column of datain file using the equation from https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind1308&L=fsl&D=0&P=112807. I also use --config=b02b0.cnf parameter for topup. However, iout output doesn't look correct. I've attached a screenshot (called iout_14B0s). 

I have also tried use a b=0 image and a T2w image as imain input of topup, but result is similar (iout_T2 screenshot).

Any idea about what happens?
