Is the mask valid?

Peace,

Matt.

Hello,

The input data is good, and yes i can see it normally.
The L1, L2, L3, V1, V2, V3 and MD are all the same as FA (Blank, all white file).

Thank you

Dear Dave,

what does the input data to dtifit look like? Do you still have signal there? What does the other images that dtifit output look like?

Hello,

Yeah, i tried checking that, but it is not it I'm afraid!
I tried FSLview/eyes, and other programs that can read FA, but all blank!

Dear Jan,

have you tried adjusted the scaling of the image in fslview/fsleyes? It is possible that it is all there but that the display scale is set such that it looks black.

Hi,

I am getting a blank FA file after running DTIFIT on all my subjects.

I ran BET, then Eddy current, then DTIFIT.

The previous steps were okay, but I had a problem with this step (DTIFIT).

I got no error messages everything ran smoothly which is why i don't know what hints to give.

Can someone help please?

Dave
