Hello, I am relatively new to FSL, and have been playing around with a pipeline for some DTI data that I have. I was wondering if the FSL tools are able to multi-thread or accept additional processors? For example, I am currently running topup on the DTI data, which I understand takes some time regardless, but I wanted to see if there are ways I can more efficiently utilize the tools.
