Hi Xixi,

There should be another section to the right, containing voxel intensities, e.g.:

https://users.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/~paulmc/fsleyes/userdoc/latest/_images/quick_start_interface_2.png

Do you just need to resize the panel?

Cheers,

Paul

Many thanks for your reply. I could see the coordinates X, Y and Z, and the volume in the 'location panel', but no intensity in the panel. And I am using mac ios system.

Best wishes

Hi Xixi,

You should be able to get the intensity of the current voxel in the 'location panel', which is at the bottom right of the FSLeyes window.

If your image is a FSL atlas, you can open the "atlas panel" (Settings -> Ortho view -> Atlas panel), to browse the atlases and regions.

Cheers,

Paul

Dear Experts

Would you mind letting me know where could I get the 'Intensity' bar in fsleyes? I have a parcellation mask with 208 intensities, and together with an atlas, I could find out the name of the brain region in fslview previously. In another word, when I point at a brain area, it will tell me a number (as the intensity), then I know the name of the brain area. However, I am now using fsleyes and could not find the 'intensity' bar. Therefore, I could not make sure which region I am pointing at. Could you please help with this. Many thanks!

Best wishes
