Many thanks for your reply. I could see the coordinates X, Y and Z, and the volume in the 'location panel', but no intensity in the panel. And I am using mac ios system.

Hi Xixi,

You should be able to get the intensity of the current voxel in the 'location panel', which is at the bottom right of the FSLeyes window.

If your image is a FSL atlas, you can open the "atlas panel" (Settings -> Ortho view -> Atlas panel), to browse the atlases and regions.

In another word, when I point at a brain area, it will tell me a number (as the intensity), then I know the name of the brain area.
