Hi all,
I am having a problem with MELODIC.
My rsfMRI data TR is 3.5s. Whenever i select my 4D data from the GUI, the TR is automatically set to 1s and i can't change it! I am running MELODIC v3.14.
I didn't use an "old" MRI machine as the message said and my header info is correct.
Any idea how i can enter my own TR?
