Hi I am using matrix3 to create a dense connectome between groups of masks.

Can someone provide a sample MATLAB code to analyze the lookup_tract_space and tract_space_coords files?

As part of my analysis, I wanted to reconstruct the 'intermediate stops' that tracts do going from one mask to the other.
