Dear FSL team My temporal concatenation group ICA is stuck at "starting PCA" without generating an error log. My 6 inputs are filtered-func data registered to standard space all at different volumes between 809-911. Is it correct to run group ICA on inputs of differing volumes? Best wishes Fatemeh
