Hi Moises,

The problem has been solved. It was the dot before bvals and bvecs what prevented to run bedpostx. Therefore, and for other people:

Not: .bvals and .bvecs

Yes: bvals and bvecs (without any dot)

Best regards,
Rosalia

I belief that the problem is not with bvecs..once I fix this it will ask me for bvals...I think is something I am not doing well what I cannot imagine where the error is...that's why I sent the -bvecs file...

Any help with this would be much appreciate,
Best regards,
Rosalia

Try to rename:
"ms062_s1.bvals"    "ms062_s1.bvecs"

with
"bvals"     and        "bvecs"

Dear FSL's experts,

I am trying to run bedpostx and I have all the files needed: data.nii.gz; nodif_brain_mask, bvals and bvecs all in the same directory...but it seems there is a problem with the bvecs file... and I do not know how to fix this problem.

Directory:
rosalia@rosalia-Lenovo-Y520-15IKBN ~/Desktop/MEMORY_NANCY/SECOND_ANALYSIS/DTI_STUDY/PRE_POST/bedpostx/ms062/ms062_s1/dti $ ls

data.nii.gz  ms062_s1.bvals  ms062_s1.bvecs  nodif_brain_mask.nii.gz

From the directory I try the following:
rosalia@rosalia-Lenovo-Y520-15IKBN ~/Desktop/MEMORY_NANCY/SECOND_ANALYSIS/DTI_STUDY/PRE_POST/bedpostx/ms062/ms062_s1/dti $  bedpostx /home/rosalia/Desktop/MEMORY_NANCY/SECOND_ANALYSIS/DTI_STUDY/PRE_POST/dtifit/ms062/ms062_s1/dti -b 1500
subjectdir is /home/rosalia/Desktop/MEMORY_NANCY/SECOND_ANALYSIS/DTI_STUDY/PRE_POST/dtifit/ms062/ms062_s1/dti
/home/rosalia/Desktop/MEMORY_NANCY/SECOND_ANALYSIS/DTI_STUDY/PRE_POST/dtifit/ms062/ms062_s1/dti/bvecs not found

Best regards,
Rosalia
