Dear FSLers,
I'm trying to patch eddy with the new 5.0.11 patch.
I followed Jesper's instructions from the following thread:

I replaced eddy_openmp with the eddy_openmp file from the 5.0.11 patch.
Is there any additional step I need to do to be able to call this new version? I am not able to use the function as it is.
