Dear FSL experts
i am new to FSL i installed fsl software on cent OS 7 after installation i verified whether correctly installed or not by following commands
cadlab@cadence ~]$ echo $FSLDIR
[cadlab@cadence ~]$ flirt -version
bash: flirt: command not found...
after that i configured shell setup in ~.bashrc and run the fslpython
[cadlab@cadence ~]$ ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh
bash: /etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh: No such file or directory
showing like this what should i do please help
