Hi Chris, We have been with UAL for 3 or 4 years I think and have had a very different experience to Vicky. We've had a lot of issues with certificates being issued to us late (impacting on UCAS applicants), incorrectly or not at all for at least 2 years. We've also experienced issues with the Quartz system and I've had to resort to formal complaints to move things forward. We're hoping that this year will be better...
