Looking for some help with a query about automated decision making that we have been debating.
Does anyone working in the education/awarding body sector use objective tests that are marked by automated means? If so what is your view on whether this falls into the category of automated decision making in what you're approach to this is re. GDPR and the rights of data subjects related to this.
