Hi all, I'm working on some proteins that are connected at cysteine residues with a cross-linker. How would you recommend working with these cross-linkers in Analysis? I would like to be able to assign the protons from the linker to incorporate these restraints into structure calculations. I have managed to create psf/pdb files with the linker incorporated if that helps at all. thanks, Kate
