Hi Laurence,

Relion has no control over jobs once you sent them off. Just kill
through your queuing system or use 'kill' from the command line or
'top'. You can then delete the failed job from the pipeline through the
'Job actions' button.

Whether jobs are running/finished is solely based on the presence of
expected output files in the job's directory.
