Heriot-Watt University is looking to recruit a Strategy and Planning Data Analyst to support the expansion of the Planning Office.  This full-time G7 role (£31,604-£38,833) will be based at our Edinburgh campus.

 

The post holder will enhance decision-making at senior management level for core business processes and strategic projects, through supporting the Planning Manager with the provision and presentation of management information, analysis, research and reporting (internal and external).  They will provide data analysis and performance reports across a range of topics, including student number and fee income planning;, student recruitment; student retention; student feedback and engagement; league tables; KPIs, research performance analysis and reporting; School planning issues.  This will involve writing reports, preparing and making presentations in relation to the above, and dealing with ad hoc enquiries from internal and external sources about them – supporting an efficient, effective and responsive Planning information service to the University.

 

The closing date is 12th March and interviews will be held in the week beginning Monday 19th March.
