I have 2 groups and 3 time points, and I was wondering if I need to include covariates for the mean effect of each subject, as it is normally done in FSL (see below EVs 2 to 9)
Also, is it possible to obtain the correlation coefficient of a clinical scale with a set of images? How do I do that using SwE?
