SOCIAL SECURITY COMES WITH THE EMPLOYMENT AND RESIDENCE:

In Finland all employees have mandatory social security schemes for pension and unemployment (and pension can be later paid outside Finland), and universal day care for children under school age (the highest monthly cost for full day care is 290 euros for the first child and little less for the second; the sum depends on family size and income). The basic health care is provided by the employer (free of charge). Public health care is residence based: Children have free health care, adults have to pay some payments. Private health care is available but more expensive.
