Hi
I am an Occupational Health Nurse working in the south of Ireland.
I am hoping to  change the way we manage absence .I would be grateful  If anybody has a template for an initial consultation and report to  manager I could adapt .

I also need to write a policy/procedure for case management , again I would appreciate any help I can get
