In fact, you'll find a lot of references by just googling "canonization dossier" and equivalent terms in other languages, either in Google or Google Books, and also WorldCat. 

For the other part of your question, about "how much of the material was sent to Rome" I'd look at Donald Prudlo's recent Certain Sainthood: Canonization and the Origins of Papal Infallibility in the Medieval Church, Ithaca: Cornell UP, 2016 and bibliography. -- Paul

Greetings, 

To what extent have canonization dossiers of saints canonized in the 13th-15th century been published? I have of course read many vitae and likewise vitae et miracula, and what I am trying to figure out is exactly how much of the material was sent to Rome (and how we know it was sent). Are there cases in which we can be sure that particular documents were sent to the curia? And have those documents been published (preferably together)? Bibliography for specific saints would be very much appreciated.
