Huw: I don’t know! There’s always a possibility of some piece being
overlooked, rather than overflown . . . Presumably the border of ‘England’
is as per civil admin, not ecclesiastical.

There’s been some press coverage of the Environment Agency’s plans to fill
the gaps in the country’s LIDAR coverage by 2020. Currently 75% of Great
