I have looked into these possibilities. Regarding RESTORE, I know it spends a long time, and I would like to find a simple method to count outliers from a DWI image.

On the other hand, as you said, dtifit has --sse parameter to get squared sum error image as output. However I don't know how use it to afirm that a voxel is or not an outlier in a simple way.
