Hi,

There are some third party versions around that have been modified for other grid engines, but we only have expertise in SGE in-house and so that's all we can test and support ourselves.

All the best,
Mark

Hello Mark,

Is there any solution for machines that are not running SGE? For example, what if Univa Grid Engine is installed instead of the SGE?

Thank you,
Mahmoud

Hi,

Currently FSL is not multithreaded and fsl_sub does not use multiple cores on the same machine unless SGE is installed and running on them.  We intend to release a version of fsl_sub that can take advantage of this and are currently testing it.

All the best,
Mark
