Dear FSL users,

 

We are working with the Human Connectome Project data and would like to run MELODIC at the single-subject level on de-noised, CIFTI data (rfMRI_REST1_LR_Atlas_MSMAll_hp2000_clean.dtseries.nii).

 

We are using the command line and the --CIFTI flag: 

 

Melodic --i 113316/MNINonLinear/Results/rfMRI_REST1_LR/rfMRI_REST1_LR_Atlas_MSMAll_hp2000_clean.dtseries.nii --CIFTI --dim=20 --report --verbose --outdir=113316/MNINonLinear/Results/rfMRI_REST1_LR/singlesub_ICA

 

But have run into this error: Incompatible number of mask positions and matrix columns

 

Is this a bug in FSL? We are using MELODIC 3.14 and FSL 5.0.10. I’ve also seen mention of FSL 6.0, is this available yet for download?
