Hello, I would like to install the CUDA version of bedpostX in CentOS 6.8. However, I am not sure if there are some conflicts between CentOS 6.8 and CUDA Toolkit 6.5. According to the fsl website the requirements are the following "https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslInstallation": * Linux CentOS 6 or CentOS 6.5 * (FSL version 5.0.6 and CUDA Toolkit 5.0) or (FSL version 5.0.7/5.0.8 and CUDA Toolkit 5.5) or (FSL version 5.0.9 and CUDA Toolkit 6.5) Any advice will be appreciated.
