Hi Matthew,

Thanks for your reply. Their unprocessed fmri data, filtered_func_dat, example_func, and example_func_distorted look fine. Would that be the files you’d suggest looking at or should I look I somewhere else to see if there is a problem?

Thank you!

Kind regards,
Sandra

Hello,
Is this just a problem in the animated gif in the FEAT report or when you view the files in (e.g.) FSLeyes?

Kind Regards
Matthew

Dear FSL experts and users,

I have been performing fieldmap-based distortion corrections using Feat, and I noticed that the distorted/undistorted movie outputs come in different colours (distorted image looks either white, grey, or red). I was wondering if these different colours have any meaning; did something for example go wrong for the participant with the red-looking distorted data? The images, even when compressed, are too big to attach so unfortunately I can’t provide an example through the list.

Thank you very much for your help!
