Hi there, Happy new year to all! To the person who broke the eye-link network plug on the cogent side: could you please tell us when something is broken and not simply put it back into place! I now jammed the cable back into place, so its working currently. However the cable needs to be replaced, which is a very annoying job, as it runs via the ceiling. A reminder to all: please handle ALL equipment with care like you bought it for a fortune - it does most of the time or it might be a time consuming repair for us!
