Dear AVA members,

The committee would like to propose a few changes to the AVA constitution - please have a look at the attached document with tracked changes.

These changes will be put to vote at the same time as the forthcoming AVA election, with a 2/3 majority needed for acceptance. The changes will then be put forward for discussion at the forthcoming AGM in Bradford on 26.3.
