Dear Maria, Many thanks for your kind words and wishes. I have to say, it happened with me as well. It was around Christmas that you came into my mind and I memorized the nice trips we made and the talks we had. How are you? I just finished a book dealing with traditional food. It was an exciting enterprise and I learned so much from people I met. I travelled to different areas to document and collect. Including Crete for two times. I never thought about food such as tarhana, kashk and rusk bread. The next step will be to improve my understanding of food remains from archaeological context. It is the kind of research that already had been started some years ago by Tanja Valamoti. I hope to see you and your family again one day.
