About the opportunity

The Biostatistician roles at HEO6 and HEO7 will report to the Senior Clinical Biostatistician.

Biostatistician HEO6: you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and provide statistical support to clinical and allied health researchers, basic scientists and CTC collaborators. There will also be opportunities to apply and develop statistical methods to problems arising from clinical and biological research.  You will be working with other biostatisticians to perform statistical analysis of clinical trials and associated data (meta-analyses, data linkage and genome wide association studies) using various statistical packages.

 

Biostatistician HEO7: you will provide statistical/methodological leadership in conjunction with high quality statistical advice, and support to researchers, collaborators and research students. In addition to the activities performed at the HEO 6, there will be opportunities to apply statistical methodology to clinical research problems and conduct statistical analyses of clinical trials data. You will contribute to CTC teaching activities (external short courses) assist in the formal post-graduate curriculum as well as the CTC’s outreach activities.
