Only a Ph1? Oh well, what sort of context? The MP-Ph doesn't have any muscles, so it could be a couple of activities. One possibly involving tendon/sinews removal, the other to do with skinning. The MP-Ph section is fiddly skinning as its well-adhered, but gives you a nice little square/rectangular piece of skin. Doesn't much matter if someone messes it up where you might be annoyed if they ruin the main skin. So, may also serve as a good piece to give to someone to practice skinning. I did a few number of dissections and brought in our stone-tool gang as well and gave them these pieces to practice on. The easiest whole skinning is the main body from the bottom of the neck w or w/o tail and above the MPs. The neck around the main is again more fiddly and well-adhered.
