I also noted that our pipeline (ExploreASL) is fully reproducible (0 difference) within system but not between systems, I thought this could have something to do with pseudo-randomization of optimization algorithms, such as segmentation/registration? That these work differently between different OSses, or different hardware? The difference I got was very small however.
