Also, there will be people on this list who have more experience with functional connectivity analysis than me. Previously I’ve used the GIFT toolbox to choose regions of interest for DCM - http://mialab.mrn.org/software/gift/ . Apply this software following their documentation, then use the resulting MNI coordinates or masks of the blobs to select voxels for including in the DCM. I got your email ID from the SPM forum and have been seeing you assisting and attending to various issues for their projects. I have managed to do preprocessing the images using SPM12 GUI after I followed video tutorials and Iam now stuck on feature extraction step. I have tried to follow the theories for spectral DCM and PCA for functional connectivity but I don't have any idea how to implement it in software. I have tried to follow the forum threads, read papers with the same as well as the SPM manual but still no idea how to go about it in software. May you kindly help me Sir.
