Dear all,

The parameters in the matrix B are used to measure changes (modulations?)
in the connections, compared to the reference condition, right?. The
connectivity in the reference is modeled by A (appearing as 100% in the
trial-specific effects) but A is two matrices, (forward and backward
connections). What I would like to know is if these values in B indicate
changes in the forward connections, the backwards, or is an estimate of the
overall change in effective connectivity.

In short, how to interpret the matrices B (for each one of the effects) in
relation to A1 and A2?

Thanks in advance.

Best
