These events are open to early career researchers (PhD students, post-doctoral fellows or equivalents) across all STEM and social science fields and are free to attend. These workshops combine discussion around misrepresentation of science in the media and how evidence influences policy with practical tips and tricks on how early career researchers can start standing up for science.
It would be great if you could share these details with early career researchers across your networks and encourage them to apply. I’ve included some suggested tweets, and please see our website for more details. The application deadline is Tuesday 23 January.
Please get in touch if you would like more information about this event, Voice of Young Science partnership or if you'd like to join the event as an observer.
Best wishes
Ilaina
