Dear Colleagues

We are facing new challenges in health systems, especially in resource poor areas, and where multiple disadvantage and deprivation lead to greater demands, health inequalities, and services have limited capacity. There are pressures on NHS and Social Care budgets. The solutions proposed include attention to health systems, integration of organisational and professional groups, to provide a more sustainable and effective approach that will tackle health inequalities, maximise the use of social and community assets, and prove effective in prevention and care provision.

This is the first of a series of creative spaces of the Synergi Network that brings together diverse stakeholders to listen and learn from each other, and to consider new ways of tackling inequalities. The first is focussed on systems and place based innovations to tackle inequalities. The programme is below and attached.
