Hi Rachel

I presume your developers are on the case, but there are a few (fiddly) tricks to get right so that authentication is verified which can help with deliverability - this sort of thing...

Hello!

We have an interactive in the gallery that takes your picture, puts it on a stamp and emails it to an address of your choice. Lots of fun but quite a few visitors aren’t receiving their stamp. Right now our solution is to scan through hundreds of images a day to find a their stamp if they don’t have it.

Our developers have added a plain text email, changed the subject field and removed hyperlinks. However, emails are still getting caught in spam filters. Most notably Hotmail’s.

Does anyone else have a similar interactive? If so how did you deal with spamming issues? How did you manage visitor expectations about receiving their email?

Would really appreciate some guidance from those with similar interactives 😊
