Hi all

Once in a while the idea of providing multilingual translations of key user journeys on Wellcome Collection’s website crops up.

 

Has anyone here

-        Done this?

-        Done any user research before or any analysis after launching it to see whether it actually gets used?

 

My suspicion is that Google Translate is so dominant that our multilingual visitors would use GT first anyway. But it’d be good to hear from anyone who has tested this proposition in real life.
