Good afternoon, I've been given this search and I'm not finding much. Can a "show and tell"/ "Dragons Den" format improve understanding and enthusiasm for trainee doctors to undertake research? I know that some of you have been involved in such "events" at your Trusts and wondered if you had done a lit search when they were set up and could give me any further ideas? I've tried "show and tell" / pitch ADJ3 idea*/ innovation ADJ3 forum*/ research ADJ3 forum* combined with various versions of research and doctors, but what I'm getting isn't relevant. Any help gratefully appreciated!
