I have been tasked to revise the training evaluation procedure we currently use to collect feedback from delegates and I was wondering whether anybody would be willing to share theirs with me, I am especially interested in the format/design and timing. Do you collect feedback during the session or send them out at a later date? If later, when? Do use before and after training assessments? Any innovative ways of gathering feedback from trainees will be highly appreciated.
