I'll have to check with my coworkers, but I think no one is entirely sure when it stopped working properly, unfortunately--I get the impression WebPA wasn't heavily used (if it was used at all) over the summer. I'll try updating the building block and I'll let you know what happens.

I see no reason why it should not be working with that version of Learn 9.  Have you seen it working since upgrading to Q2 2017?  However, the version of the building block is now 2.5 years old, I would recommend that you try updating this to see if that has any effect.

Installation details in Blackboard says we're running 3200.0.2-rel.37+f07d42b, and the BasicLTI building block version is 3.1.0.

        Hi, Stephen.

I know we had an upgrade back in mid-August, but I'll have to
check to see if we've had any subsequent updates. We're using
the BasicLTI building block, and as far as I can tell, all of
the connections to the other tools are working all right with
the exception of two--a second one to WebPA we've set up for
testing (which doesn't work at all), and a link to Xerte.
(Incidentally, the Xerte link is exhibiting some of the same
        persistent-link, one-entry-per-course behavior. I don't know if
there's some connection between the two problems.)

This sounds like very odd behaviour.

Has your Learn server been updated recently?  Are you using the
BasicLTI building block to connect to WebPA, or the core LTI
functionality in Learn 9, or something else?  Are all other LTI
connections configured in the same way working?

                 Hello, all.

We've got an odd problem with our WebPA installation, or
possibly with the way our Blackboard system is talking
        to it,
and I hope someone can give me an idea of what's going on.

After working normally for a while, recently (within
        the last
five to six months) WebPA has started behaving
        unexpectly. You
can still create a form and assessment and link to them
        from a
                 course in Blackboard, but then:

                 - Any subsequent WebPA entries created in that course
        will point
to the same assessment as the previous one.

                 - Any changes in one entry will be reflected in the
        other(s).

                 - Only one column will be created in the grade centre,
regardless of how many WebPA entries are on the course.

This is just an educated speculation--I'm new to WebPA, and
new-ish to Blackboard--but it sounds as if an initial
        database
record is being created when the first WebPA link is
        created,
and then every link after that points to the same record.

I could be wrong, of course. Has anyone had a similar
        problem,
or have any insight to what might be going on? Thanks
        in advance.
