Apologies for cross-posting **First announcement - save the date** What: BSA Sport Study Group - Teaching Workshop When: Friday 23rd February 2018 Where: Innovation Centre, University of Northampton, UK Following the success and popularity of last year’s research and teaching workshop, the BSA Sport Study Group is staging another event in February, focusing specifically on the challenges in teaching sociology on sport programmes. The workshop will include two keynote talks in the morning followed by four interactive workshops in the afternoon session. Speakers include Dr. Ian Jones (Bournemouth University), Dr. Aarti Ratna (Leeds Beckett University), Dr. Joanne Hill (Bedfordshire University), Dr. Jim Lusted (University of Northampton) and Dr. Jon Dart (Leeds Beckett University). Places are limited and there will be a small registration fee for the workshop - further details will be provided shortly.
