Dear SPM experts, I have generated DCT basis functions using the code you shared in a previous post and I would like to use them to model my resting state data before DCM analysis. I have added the DCT functions as regressors in the fMRI model specification. I have read that I need to define and F-contrast, but I am not quite sure how and where to define this (I have mainly found examples on task based fMRI). Could you please advice on how to do this?
