Dear SPM experts, I am trying to extract the WM/CSF time series to be used as regressors in the DCM analysis. To do so, I am using the VOI util with a mask of the WM/CSF, but the resulting time series are not the range of the WM/CSF values of the scans. Additionally, the first and last values are much higher, which I have tried to correct by changing the adjust entry with Nan (from 0) but this leads to an error: Input to SVD must not contain NaN or Inf.
