Hi SPM experts:

I am doing a longitudinal fMRI study with 2 scans 3 months apart. Because
of data quality issues, we changed TR after the first two participants'
first scans from a TR of 2.4 to 2.57.

We ideally want to include data from both time points into a single GLM to
determine activation for post > pre and pre < post but we can only enter
one TR into fMRI model specification. One option we were thinking to
circumvent this problem was to model each time point separately and then
conduct a paired-sample t-test. Does anyone have suggestions?

Thanks,
Yue
