Many thanks to all of you who replied to my request for help

I'll try to sum up what I have learned from you all.

Firstly, an Ovid .mp search = title, abstract, original title, name of substance word, subject heading word, keyword heading word, protocol supplementary concept word, rare disease supplementary concept word, unique identifier, synonyms].

A 100% perfect translation of the above into different platforms may not be possible, but a close approximation would be:
HDAS - knee*.ti,ab,ot,ss,su
Pubmed - "Knee"[Mesh:NoExp] OR knee*[Title/Abstract]
EBSCO - TX knee*
EBSCO (alternatively) - (MH "Knee") OR (AB knee*) OR (TI knee*)

Help for translating HDAS into EBSCO can be found at https://www.nice.org.uk/media/default/About/NICE-Communities/Library-and-knowledge-services-staff/HDAS13%20May%202015%20MedlinePsycINFO.pdf

Thanks again to everyone who suggested a solution

Subject: MEDLINE .mp field code in Ovid

Hello everyone

I have been handed a MEDLINE Ovid search and I need to translate into either MEDLINE EBSCOhost or MEDLINE Proquest (since I don't have access to MEDLINE OVID). The Ovid search strategy makes use the .mp field code (which I think equates roughly to "any field" in HDAS) which does not appear to be available in EBSCOhost or Proquest so I was wondering if anybody on here knew of a solution?

Many thanks
